About the Role We’re seeking someone fun, enthusiastic, and community-minded to bring the First Security Bank Ranger to life—engaging families, kids, and community members at events big and small.
Key Responsibilities
- Appear at community and bank-sponsored events (indoor/outdoor; weekdays and weekends as needed)
- Interact warmly with attendees and represent First Security Bank with pride
- Pose for photos and help capture content for social media
- Coordinate with event staff for timing, safety, and crowd flow
- Care for the mascot costume and adhere to brand guidelines
Requirements
- High energy, friendly personality, and great with kids/families
- Comfortable wearing a mascot costume for extended periods
- Able to stand, walk, and perform basic movements; lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Prior mascot, performing, or customer-facing experience is a plus
